A survey that is required by and is certified to a title insurance company, lending institution, and or individuals with an interest in the property. It is the total combined work of deed and map research, field survey, computations and working drawings as needed, survey analysis, additional field work as needed, drafting a Map of Survey and preparing a new metes and bounds description.
